Improve your health and the health of your community.
Our health is our most valuable resource. When our health is challenged we begin a search for a way to get well. Naturopathic Medicine offers a fundamental fact often overlooked by modern medicine: given the right support, the body is designed to heal itself.
In my mid twenties, I became very sick. Conventional medicine was unable to find answers to my body pain and fatigue. It was ultimately through the guidance of a Naturopathic practitioner that I was able to get well. That was when I decided to dedicate my life to helping people heal with natural medicine.
Through my 20 years in practice as a Naturopathic Physician, I have seen time after time how we can reverse illness through accessing and supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal. I specialize in preventing and reversing heart disease, high blood pressure, and fibromyalgia as well as treating all forms of chronic disease using clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, mind-body connections, and physical medical therapies.
What kind of support do we need to find such wellness? Six years ago, I was commissioned to study the world's healthiest people. The diet and lifestyles of people who live in Longevity Hot Spots are great sources of insight. People living in these areas have a 300% better chance of living 100 years and suffer almost no chronic disease. My life’s purpose is to bring this information about wellness and longevity to groups and individuals.
Let’s work together to improve your health and the health of your community. I am available for Individual Consultations as well as Group Presentations and Wellness Programs. Click here for more details. The essential information about how to heal ourselves needs to be shared.
